Willow Bar is our lush secret garden tucked behind the Sylvan Hotel. From the white marble outdoor bar to the landscaped paths that wind through our 6,300-square-foot courtyard, there are private nooks and social spaces to discover around every corner. Inspired by Willow Bar’s garden setting, Chef has crafted a mostly plant-based menu of seasonal dishes and shareable snacks made with locally grown ingredients (smoked celery root pastrami, anyone?).

Willow Bar entices guests with a hip, esoteric yet approachably written wine list. Rosé, unique biodynamic white varieties, mead spritzes and punches dominate the beverage list.
